Britons see US as vulgar empire builder

Britons have never had such a low opinion of the leadership of the United States, a YouGov poll shows.

Got a JOB!

Assalam’alaikum

I’m a trainee at IDB and I expect to be there for three whole months. Well, technically at IDB because although I’m on their payroll they’ve sent me to ICIEC, which is an investment and export credit insurance corporation within the IDB group. IDB is spinning out it’s different units into smaller corporations so that if one collapses the rest won’t go down with it. Right now they’re four and they’ve just approved a plan to demerge another unit.

The Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano

I’ve never really been that fond of Ferraris. There’s nothing I can put my finger to but they’ve always just slipped through, pun intended. The only decent car they had during the time I was growing up was the F40 and it wasn’t as spectacular looking as the Lamborghini Diablo or the Mclaren F1, it wasn’t as powerful or as sleek as the Jaguar XJ220 nor was it a legend like the Porsche 911. It was a very beautiful car but it was just so… generic.

Yes yes ’tis true and yes I’m about 3 days late but never the less, a Diesel powered Audi, the R10 won the 2006 Le Mans endurance race! It was the LMP1 category winner as well as the overall winner. So is this the dawn of a new age in Motorsports; the age of the diesel? After all even Peugeot announced that they will race a diesel 908 in next years Le Mans. Perhaps but it’s not that simple.

Google earth

I love it. I’ve spent hours checking out places of interest, namely airports. I’ve always been fascinated by any of the means of transport and especially by aeroplanes and ships. Now I’m on a quest to map atleast one airport in every country of the world and I’ve located quite a few already. So I can tell you that heathrow is mad busy; there are actually planes lining up one behind the other in order to take off. Dubai international is boring and still under construction, O’Hare is very unique and the Hyderabad airport runway is the only straight line in the whole city and it’s a fifth of it’s size but the most beautiful, by far, is King Khalid Airport is Riyadh. Believe me not does thou? Have a look.
